One of my favorite books relating to living green is “Big Green Purse – Use Your Spending Power to Create a Cleaner, Greener World” by Diane MacEachern. Women’s consumer spending affects virtually every aspect of the environment. This consumer clout puts us in a unique position to create the world we want! This book discusses how, as consumers, we have the power to influence the products and services companies provide.

The biggest message is – just start somewhere. Living green has so many shades and one person making one small change will collectively result in huge results. One person really can make a difference!
