Sandestin Market Report – January through June 2009

Condos, Detached Single Family, and Attached Single Family

 

Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Condos, Detached Single Family, and Attached Single Family Residences. As you can see, we’ve had some decent activity for the year! June had more activity than any month this year with a total of 23 successful closings!

 

A breakdown of June sales is as follows:

 

10 Detached Single Family Homes ranging from $185,000 to $1,800,000

2 Attached Single Family Homes with sales of $250,000 and $308,000

11 Condos ranging from $105,000 to $1,100,000

 

July is expected to be the best month so far this year –there have been 8 successful closings this month as of July 20, 2009.  In addition, there are currently 22 properties that are either Contingent or Pending within Sandestin Resort with projected closing dates in July 2009. If all closings occur, this would be a total of 30 closings within one month.

Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Residential Land. Lots have continued to be harder to sell.  There have only been 5 lot sales for the entire period. There is currently one Contingent lot sale scheduled to close within Sandestin Resort.
