Condos, Detached Single Family, and Attached Single Family

 

Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Condos, Detached Single Family, and Attached Single Family Residences. September continued the year with a positive month. Although there weren’t as many properties that closed, the monthly volume was strong. The only month that demonstrated a higher volume this year was June 2009.

 

 

A breakdown of September sales is as follows:

9 Condos ranging from $175,000 to $800,000

Below is a breakdown of the Year to Date Sales in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort for Residential Land. It’s always positive news when a lot closes! There was 1 lot that closed in Sandestin Resort. But, lots have continued to be harder to sell.  There have only been 7 lot sales for the entire period. But, if you are in the market to build a home, this is where you will see the single biggest cost savings! Even if you aren’t ready to build today, purchasing a lot now will save you money when you decide to build.
